Speeding through time
sitting side by side
in a car
Face forward breathing
in shared air
Brainwaves mixing alchemy
of thought
exhaling mute
ideas spiraling like
smoke around
the other's head not
entering their
consciousness
Sitting seperate yet
together as time
travelors moving forward
in silence.
